Amex Refreshes Blue Cash Preferred
American Express has refreshed it’s Blue Cash Preferred cash back credit card with new bonus earning categories. They’ve also left the annual fee unchanged at $95 per year. Blue Cash Preferred has earned 6% cash back on the first $6,000 of eligible purchases each calendar year at supermarkets . Now you can also earn 6% on U.S. streaming subscriptions like Netflix and Spotify. A full list can be found here. In addition to earning 3% cash back at gas stations, you can now earn 3% on transit. Chase Freedom 1st Quarter 2018 Bonus Categories
The Chase Freedom credit card earns 5% cash back in bonus categories that change each quarter. The categories for the 1st quarter of 2018 have just been announced. Earn 5% cash back on up to $1,500 in combined purchases from January 1 – March 31, 2018 at: Gas Stations Internet/Cable/Phone Services Chase Pay, Android Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay Gas Stations are a welcome bonus category. New Uber Visa Credit Card Coming Next Week
UPDATE: Application Link is now live. On November 2, BarclayCard will launch their new Uber Visa credit card with a $100 signup bonus and up to 4% cash back with no annual fee. Chase and United Airlines have launched a new credit card, the Chase United TravelBank Card. Unlike traditional airline credit cards that earn frequent flyer miles, this no-annual-fee card earns United TravelBank cash that can be redeemed toward the purchase of a United ticket. This hybrid cash back/travel rewards card won’t attract savvy points & miles junkies, but it might appeal to the casual United flyer.
