The categories for the 2nd quarter of 2018 have just been announced. Earn 5% cash back on up to $1,500 in combined purchases from April 1 – June 30, 2018 in the following categories: Grocery Stores Paypal Chase Pay The Grocery Stores category specifically excludes Walmart and Target.     American Express has launched four new Hilton credit cards featuring enhanced benefits and even more perks. American Express has become the exclusive issuer of Hilton credit cards, with existing Citi Hilton cards being moved over to Amex on January 30.     The Chase Freedom credit card earns 5% cash back in bonus categories that change each quarter. The categories for the 1st quarter of 2018 have just been announced. Earn 5% cash back on up to $1,500 in combined purchases from January 1 – March 31, 2018 at: Gas Stations Internet/Cable/Phone Services Chase Pay, Android Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay Gas Stations are a welcome bonus category.     I’m Going to Cancel My Citi Hilton Credit Card – Here’s Why

    Last week, I wrote that American Express would become the exclusive issuer for Hilton Honors co-branded credit cards in the US. Current Citi Hilton cards will be automatically replaced with one of two re-branded American Express Hilton cards on January 30, 2018. I don’t want that to happen to my Citi Hilton card, so I plan on canceling. I’ll explain why.
